| The NPC 2009 Cincinnati Championships The show was great this year with a complete sell out. There were right at 100 competitors and the competition was fierce. The Overall Men's champion was Joe Daniels. Joe's condition was the best in the show and although, by far not the biggest competitor he was extremely tight and symmetrical. The Overall figure champion was Mindy Schroeder in a very close split decision. In the new Bikini division Tammy Cook took the overall in a close one with a combination of great stage presence and best symmetry in the division. Dough South took the over 40 Masters title in his 1st show in over 10 years. The over 50 Title went to Charlie Gripp who showed us all you can still get in great condition after that 1/2 century mark. The overall Women's bodybuilding title went to Rosa Wyatt who has successfully competed previously in both Figure and Bodybuilding. The 2008 NPC Monster Mash Natural The Monster Mash Natural will be coming around again this year on October 31 (Halloween Day). As promised, below are the test reports from 2008 that found 3 of the competitors didn't quite take the testing / enforcement seriously. WE DID! This year we will once again test for performance enhancing substances and we will again make public anyone who fails to pass the test(s) THESE AREN'T WRONG FOLKS...AND NO, THESE TYPE OF ITEMS CANNOT BE PURCHASED AT GNC!! |
| The 2009 Monster Mash Natural was held on Halloween Day (Oct 31 2009) The show had 130 competitors and a capacity crowd in support. THe new Bikini division was a hit and the overral competition was among the best in the history of the Monster Mash. Hope to see you next year!! November 12, 2009 * The Toxicology reports are in for 2009 Monster Mash! All class winners were tested as well as several random tests and ... I Am happy to report EVERYONE PASSED! Good Job Competitors!!! |
